Lloyds Coded Fabrication

Our fabricators are Lloyds coded for working with materials up to 40mm thickness including offshore specification steels. We regularly produce large highly toleranced fabrications as part of our original equipment manufacture.

Drawing Office Facilities

Unlike most modern fabricators we are also able to offer drawing office services alongside fabrication, for more information on this see 'Mechanical Design' this can include interpretation of legacy drawings and partial or full design where required.

Ability to handle and machine large fabrications.

Our workshop has 2 bays equipment with 10Te and 2Te overhead cranes allowing flexible working. Boring, Turning, Milling and Drilling services can all be handled in house. For more information on our workshop capacities please contact us with your specific requirements.

In addition to fabrication services offered directly from ourselves, painting, cranage and haulage can all be provided at competitive prices through local companies with whom we have long held working relationships. In those cases where your fabrication needs exceed our capacity we can assist in recommending our own trusted suppliers.
